Last week we had the opportunity to meet with the fine folks at Goodmore Kombucha. Goodmore produces complex, balanced (and chug-able) ‘booch’: the new Black Lavender Sage pairs beautifully with gin to create this fresh cocktail. A fine refreshment after a heat wave for the books.
Lavender Blue
2 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz blueberry syrup
Shake with ice, strain into glass filled with ice, and top with Goodmore's Black Lavender Sage.
